Auckland's Air Conditioning Experts Since 1999

Ken Wood Brings More Than 50 Years of HVAC Trade Experience

Before founding Air Accent Systems in 1999, Ken Wood had already built a long career in the HVAC trade. That depth of hands-on experience, working directly on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, gave him the grounding to establish a business built on practical know-how rather than a franchise formula.

Ken remains directly involved in equipment specification, job standards, and technician training today. Because decisions are made locally by someone with decades in the trade, customers get judgement shaped by real experience rather than a head office script.

Getting the Work Right the First Time

Qualified technicians and engineers assess each job properly before work starts, rather than following a generic checklist. That assessment, combined with careful workmanship, is why every installation carries a 5-year warranty. It is a practical measure of confidence in the work, not a marketing add-on. Ongoing air conditioning maintenance Auckland  customers rely on follows the same standard.

Direct customer accountability means the person who quotes a job stays connected to the people completing it. There is no call-centre handoff between quoting and installation. If a follow-up is needed after the job is done, customers deal with the same business that carried out the original work, not a third party.
